Should I caulk around my shower surround/walls?

The manufacturer of your unit installed the shower per their installation standards. The shower pan/tub will have a 1” lip behind the surround that is not visible. This is to help any water that gets behind wall to drain properly. If you decide to add caulk, we make the following suggestions:

• Only use caulk compatible with ABS plastic
• Be sure to seal around entire shower surround/wall
