What is your Warranty Policy?

Duo Form Plastics warrants only the original customer who purchases the product directly from Duo Form Plastics. Coverage does NOT extend to any parties outside of the original consumer. Duo Form Plastics warrants all products manufactured by Duo Form, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service.  Duo Form’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any product which may prove defective under normal usage and service within one (1) year of the date of sale.  This warranty shall not apply to goods, which have been subject to accident, misuse, negligence or faulty installation. Please click here for full warranty info
